Across all partner countries, the Interactive Courses and Active Learning Workshops were successfully implemented, bringing together VET professionals, sector representatives, and agricultural stakeholders in dynamic learning environments. Throughout these sessions, participants explored New Plant Breeding Tools, genetic diversity, CRISPR technologies, quality seed standards, and EU strategies for sustainable and resilient agriculture. Beyond theoretical knowledge, they engaged in collaborative group work, developed mini breeding project ideas, exchanged real-life sector challenges, and reflected on innovative solutions tailored to their local contexts. In each country, the workshops created a vibrant space for dialogue, experimentation, and shared discovery strengthening professional capacities while directly contributing to SUCSEED’s mission of fostering innovation, sustainability, and climate-smart transformation in the agri-food sector.
